Paradise is Sweet

I love dessert. But no one LOVES dessert more than my 9 year old son! In fact, he has one stomach for dinner and a whole other stomach that goes through his leg for dessert. The things they say...

Here are a couple desserts we've made this week at Roy's Restaurant


Chocolate Decadence with Mango & Raspberry Coulis, Fresh Fruit Garnish, & topped with Lavender Sea Salt. The salt really makes the chocolate POP and all the ingredients work together cohesively. The cake is a flourless one which makes it a dense, fudge like delight!

I enjoy Panna Cotta, especially in the summertime. I make a lovely Coconut version that makes its way to all the neighborhood BBQs. I was excited to see Roy's version of Lilikoi Panna Cotta and I adore the presentation with Pineapple garnish and Ti Leaf. Very fine dining!
